The cold winter weather is enough to discourage any one venturing out unless they really have to, but with the things we have here at the market this month we hope you will.
We now have a cafe selling tea, coffee hot chocolate and soft drinks with bacon sandwiches and cakes. There will be a welcome for all with somewhere to sit and chat.
There is a wide range of stalls from smoked fish and game, Cherry Tree Farm with meat products, Wishfield honey. Fresh fish, ready to eat vegetarian food prepared by the Fat Carrot. Daisy and Pollys apple juice, lovely spelt products . We have Helen doing melt-in-the-mouth marshmallows, Simon a Chocolatier who makes delicious handmade chocolates. Lyn is our cake lady of Let Me Bake It - with a variety of delicious boxed cakes and biscuits. Filmers bakers with fresh baked bread of all varieties and a well stocked fruit and vegetable stall. Speciality tea and delicious hot chocolate products.
There are also some craft stalls amongst all these, handmade greetings cards, hand knitted garments for children and adults in goats wool. Romney Marsh wools selling soaps, and wool products. Evelyn's of Sussex handmade natural cosmetics and liquid soaps, essential oils and aluminium free deodorants.
